Our ideal candidate for this position is a reliable, detail-oriented professional. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer the candidate will support the marketing team in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, strategies & initiatives.

Requirements
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm.
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality & handle sensitive information with discretion
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM, email marketing platforms, social media management tools, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and solve problems, anticipate roadblocks and recommend effective implementation plans
- Must have computer skills, specifically in Windows environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred or equivalent marketing work experience
Job Duties:
Provides day-to-day coordination for Marketing department, reporting to Chief Marketing Officer.
- Social Media
- Manages LP Channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, YouTube, TikTok)
- Develops ongoing mix of posts to ensure daily posts (i.e., awards, anniversaries, new hires, firm news, community support, etc.)
- Monitors engagement & prepare monthly tracking reports
- Provides support to Attorneys & employees as warranted to boost their own activity
- Internal Communications
- Partners with Human Resources Team & Employee Engagement Team (EEC) to push out Everybody emails that foster awareness
- Develops Slider posts on LP Intranet as needed & updates Firm Events calendar
- Oversees online Brand Store & orders merchandise as needed
- Helps coordinate employee events as needed & takes photos
- Operations/Florida Bar
- Helps CMO maintain annual Marketing budget
- Submits invoices to Bookkeeping & monthly credit card charge receipts
- Submits letters & checks to Bar for LP advertising
- Monitors & shared feedback with Marketing team
- Advertising/Vendor Relations
- Helps CMO maintain relationships with vendors
- Submits ads & LP logos as needed
- Conducts research as needed
- Helps CMO create ongoing reports to quantify Marketing efforts
- Community Relations/Local PR
- Helps CMO manage the firm’s annual Charitable Giving activities
- Attends events as needed
- Distributes press releases & coordinate media interviews
- Submits firm for annual “Best’ awards (i.e., InWeekly, Faces ‘Favies’, VIP Pensacola, Pensacola News Journal, etc.)
- Online Listings/Firm Recognition
- Updates LP & Attorney profiles (i.e., Best Lawyers, Super Lawyers, Justia, Google, etc.)
- Submits LP & Attorney for annual awards
- Conducts research on new opportunities to submit (i.e., trial team of the year, etc.)
- Monitors Google & Glassdoor reviews
- Website/External Communications
- Regularly updates LP website
- Helps Marketing team develop quarterly Client Newsletter & Co-Counsel Alerts
- Provides ongoing copywriting support as needed
- Willingness to learn basic graphic design & photo editing skills
