Legal Intake Specialist (Remote, Night Shift)
We are looking for a Legal Intake Specialist to enhance case conversions through a voice-based intake system. This role involves handling inbound calls, guiding potential clients through the intake process, and accurately capturing case details.
Your responsibilities include:
- Handling inbound calls from potential clients responding to ads.
- Following a structured intake script to gather and log case details.
- Assessing caller eligibility based on predefined criteria.
- Providing alternative resources for non-qualified callers.
- Maintaining engagement to minimize call drop-offs.
- Ensuring compliance with legal and confidentiality standards.
- Using Dialpad for call tracking and real-time data capture.
- Collaborating on optimizing the intake process.
- Law fresh graduates, paralegals, or candidates with experience in customer service, legal intake, or call centers are welcome.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to be assertive, empathetic, and proactive when engaging with callers.
- Ability to follow scripts while maintaining a natural and professional tone.
- Detail-oriented with strong data entry and organizational skills.
- Comfortable handling high call volumes and managing multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and call handling software (e.g., Dialpad) is a plus.
- Flexible availability based on performance analysis.
