Responsibilities
- Lead execution and expansion of professional learning programs across multiple districts.
- Manage and develop a team of instructional leaders.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with district leaders to drive system-level instructional change.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to client districts.
- Drive client renewals and organizational growth through strategic guidance.
- Use data and feedback to continuously improve program implementation and outcomes.
- Coordinate travel between New York City and Washington D.C. and attend national events.
Education
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred in education or related field.
