Skills
- 5-8+ years of product and/or service design experience
- Strong holistic UX skillset with visual design expertise
- Ability to translate customer pain points into elegant design solutions
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma
- Understanding of front-end development principles and constraints
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience designing within regulated industries is highly valued
Responsibilities
- Craft outstanding user experiences for the Ketryx platform
- Map and manage customer journeys aligning stakeholders around intuitive user flows
- Design low-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes for rapid testing
- Produce detailed designs for developers and contribute to the design system
- Participate in discovery activities including assumption testing and opportunity mapping
- Use data and user research to inform and validate design decisions
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional partners
- Conduct user interviews and usability testing to iterate on designs
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders
- Stay up to date with industry design trends, tools, and best practices
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Design, HCI, or related field preferred
