As our Corporate Treasury Director, you'll helm a talented team while executing pivotal decisions that directly impact our client's organization's financial prosperity throughout North America. This senior-level position places you at the heart of essential financial operations—from optimizing multi-million dollar cash flows to directing investment strategies that drive sustained growth. Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Cash Flow Management

  • Implement cash management strategies to maximize operational efficiency
  • Oversee cash forecasts, investment activity, and liquidity reporting to optimize financial resources
  • Monitor and analyze cash positions to support strategic business decisions
  • Direct daily cash management activities and ensure efficient cash flow across all operations

Leadership & Team Development

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company-wide financial objectives
  • Guide and develop a team of Treasury Analysts to make strategic treasury-related recommendations
  • Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and analytical excellence

Banking Partnerships & Financial Services

  • Evaluate and implement new banking products and services as needed
  • Manage banking relationships, fee structures, and financial service agreements
  • Supervise issuance of letters of credit and performance bonds
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with financial institutions to optimize costs and services

Risk Management & Regulatory Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with loan, investment, and credit agreements
  • Make recommendations to manage foreign currency exposure and facilitate currency conversions
  • Monitor regulatory requirements and implement compliance procedures
  • Maintain internal controls for treasury systems, account access, and documentation

Educational Background & Professional Experience

  • Available for travel to North American locations as needed
  • Bachelor's degree required (focus in finance, accounting, or economics preferred)
  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation preferred
  • Experience managing investments and working in a multi-currency environment
  • 5+ years of experience managing Treasury operations and leading teams

Management & Leadership Capabilities

  • Excellent communication skills with ability to present to senior leadership
  • Strong decision-making abilities with experience in strategic financial planning
  • Experience implementing and improving financial processes and controls
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and developing finance teams

Technical Skills & Expertise

  • Strong understanding of banking products, credit facilities, and investment vehicles
  • Expertise in treasury management systems and cash management platforms
  • Experience with compliance and regulatory requirements in treasury operations
  • Advanced knowledge of foreign exchange markets and currency hedging strategies
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques
