We are seeking a self-driven and proactive Associate Advisor to become a valuable member our team. You'll Get a Chance To

• Assist in preparation for client meetings
• Track and document client activities and service in CRM
• Work directly with clients on follow-up items from meetings and follow through on new initiatives with clients
• Analyze financial information collected from client to determine basic strategies necessary to meet client’s objectives 
• Ability to take on and manage some aspects of client relationships
• Provide basic level of financial and investment advice within the Aldrich Wealth framework

Requirements

 What You Bring to the Team

• Minimum 1 year experience working in the financial services industry
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
• Solid understanding of personal financial planning concepts with a background in providing investment advice
• Series 65 will be required if not already obtained
• Prior experience with a CRM a plus
• Excellent communication and writing skills

At Aldrich, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on facts and circumstances of each candidate. The compensation offered may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education, location, and other job-related reasons. Aldrich makes internal equity a consideration in all pay decisions. A reasonable estimate of the current range for the full-time position is $65,000-$85,000 annual salary.

What You Should Know

This is a full-time position, in-office position with the flexibility to work remotely on occasion. Our standard office hours are Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM.
