Full-Stack Software Engineer (Senior)

Position Responsibilities

• Develop user-facing features using modern web technologies (Vue.js, Vite.js, Webpack, React, Angular)
• Proactively identify and resolve challenging issues in a variety of software applications
• Working with and mentoring a team of software developers across a multidisciplinary set of software development efforts
• Break down project requirements into actionable tasks
• Build reusable components and software library to share code amongst various projects
• Assist with system configuration, deployments, and control processes
• Interact with other software developers and teams across a multidisciplinary set of software development efforts
• Develop software for both front end and back end systems

Requirements

• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Willingness to quickly pick up new technologies
• Expert knowledge of modern UI frameworks such as Vue, React, Angular, etc.
• Experience with RESTful APIs
• Experience in back end software application development and server deployment; including MongoDB, Kafka, Spring Boot, etc.
• Experience in modern technologies such as RESTful Services, Docker, Kubernetes, and Git
• Expert knowledge of one or more programming languages such as Java or C# with focus on object-oriented methodologies
• Expert understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledgeable with frontend test tools (Vitest, Jest, Cypress, Playwright)
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and modern build technologies such as Vite or Webpack
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other software development-related degree; 10+ years
• Ability to get DoD Security Clearance
