Roles and Responsibilities:

• Analyzing labor reports, to update or correct employee labor charge memos for the Task Manager when errors are found
• Projecting when funding will be expended on both labor and travel, making recommendations to Task manager for efficient use of existing funding and calculating remaining labor during rate year changes
• Analyzing PP&C reports to ascertain if over runs have occurred and take action to correct them before each month end cycle to avoid rejected invoicing
• Projecting and calculating future travel funding required and create estimates to provide to PP&C for ROMs and AOP forecasting. Gather, review input for duplication and content, etc., correct, format, and deliver monthly contract deliverables
• Interfacing between PP&C, group managers, and task leaders customizing reports and improving their understanding of labor reports and tracking.
• Maintaining communication between all managers for reporting purposes and continuity
• Reviewing incoming funding MODS and working as a team with PP&C analysts to assure accuracy according to needed funding for both labor and travel funds
• Analyzing and preparing contract deliverables
• Managing the contract deliverables process for the contract PM

Basic Qualifications:

• Active Secret Clearance
• Bachelor’s degree (8 years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting a government contract.
• Previous experience preparing/managing contract deliverables on a DoD contract vehicle.
