Position Overview
The Chief of Staff serves as the strategic right-hand to CEO, operating as a force multiplier to accelerate Kaseya’s trajectory toward hyper-growth while building a world-class technology platform and high-performance culture. This role demands a dynamic leader who can seamlessly navigate between strategic vision and operational execution, serving as both strategic advisor and operational catalyst.

Core Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership & Executive Support
• Function as ELT’s strategic thought partner on critical business decisions, market positioning, and competitive strategy
• Lead preparation and execution of board meetings, investor relations, and strategic planning sessions
• Manage CEO’s strategic priorities, ensuring focus on highest-impact initiatives while maintaining organizational alignment
• Serve as CEO’s proxy in key meetings and cross-functional initiatives when needed
Operational Excellence & Execution
• Drive enterprise-wide execution of strategic initiatives with relentless focus on measurable outcomes
• Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver on critical business objectives within aggressive timelines
• Partner with CFO/CRO to monitor key performance indicators that drive hyper-growth metrics and client satisfaction

• Prior consulting experience (McKinsey, Bain, BCG) or investment banking background valued
• MBA from top-tier program or equivalent strategic business experience
