Responsibilities
- Develop and execute bold marketing strategies to drive growth and position Karbon as a thought leader in accounting practice management.
- Lead a comprehensive brand refresh to evolve positioning and value proposition.
- Build and scale a global demand generation engine to create high-quality leads and accelerate revenue.
- Oversee marketing campaigns, global events, and measure performance against KPIs.
- Build, mentor, and expand a high-performing global marketing team.
- Develop consistent and impactful brand storytelling across marketing channels.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and executive leadership.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA preferred.
