One of our companies is currently looking for a Partner Manager in the US.

We’re seeking a strategic and driven Partner Manager to help accelerate the growth of a leading SaaS platform’s partner ecosystem. In this role, you’ll build relationships with high-value agency partners, create scalable programs for acquisition and co-selling, and drive partner-sourced revenue. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams—including Sales, Marketing, and Product—to support long-term collaborations and bring creative go-to-market strategies to life. Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute scalable strategies for partner acquisition, enablement, and co-sell growth.
  • Identify and build relationships with high-potential agency and enterprise partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align partner programs with product and sales priorities.
  • Create and deliver value propositions and training programs tailored to strategic partners.
  • Drive partner-sourced pipeline and measure performance against key metrics.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for partner feedback, retention, and long-term engagement.
  • 4+ years in Partner Management or Business Development, ideally in SaaS or enterprise software.
  • Proven success managing partner-sourced revenue targets and building partner programs.
  • Ability to navigate complex stakeholder ecosystems with a solutions-focused mindset.
  • Strong commercial instincts and ability to identify mutual value opportunities.
  • Highly data-driven and comfortable using performance metrics to influence strategy.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills with a proactive, autonomous work style.
  • Familiarity with agencies working in digital experiences, CMS, or cloud platforms is a plus.
