OVS Team Support Specialist– Security Hardware and Audio/Visual

Seeking an entry level team support specialist to help our Operational Video Support (OVS) team with security hardware and audio-visual assets. This person will be tasked with supporting technicians in the field. Additional duties to include CMMS data review, client customer service, project walks and requests for quotation, equipment and supply ordering, as well as other administrative duties as requested.

Day to Day tasks to include:

  • Actively support an environment of teamwork, cooperation, performance excellence, and personal success
  • Assisting experienced technicians with more complex tasks
  • Learning to use various tools and equipment safely
  • Job walks with client requestors for new A/V assets and working with vendors to provide quotation for equipment purchases
  • Data review and maintenance of existing CMMS assets. Maintain up-to-date asset records, PM templates, service documentation
  • Communicate with vendors as needed for job scheduling, quotations and invoicing
  • Work closely under the direction of OVS Manager, OVS Team Lead and others
  • Participate in ongoing technical, safety, and operational process training programs
  • Maintain tools, parts, equipment and supplies in clean and safe conditions
  • Receive and deliver vendor parts purchases as necessary
  • Weekly OVS team meetings and bi-weekly JLL meeting with account team
  • This role will cover Facility Coordinator duties as requested

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
  • Basic computer skills including entry level Microsoft suite skills
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and use ladders safely
  • Willingness to follow safety procedures and wear protective equipment
  • Ability to frequently climb, bend, kneeling, lift and/or drive
  • CA Drivers License
  • Reliability and punctuality
  • Customer service orientation

Preferred:

  • Some experience or interest in building maintenance, security hardware, audio/visual or related fields
  • Familiarity with hand and power tools
  • Trade school, union training, military service or college is desirable

This role is an hourly role, rate: $27/hour - $29/hour

Estimated total compensation for this position:

56,160.00 – 60,320.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .

On-site –Anaheim, CA
