A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SHOWROOM DESIGN CONSULTANT

As  a Showroom Design Consultant, you will collaborate directly with  customers to identify the right products to match each customer’s unique  personal style, functional needs, and budget. Your friendly and warm  personality shine through as you welcome customers into the showroom. To  facilitate the ordering and installation process, you provide quotes  and immediate feedback. You bring our clients’ ideas to life, and it is  rewarding to see the look on their faces when they see the finished  product.

As the liaison between manufacturer vendors,  customers, installers, and our support team, you ensure the best  customer experience. You also build local relationships with realtors,  builders, and other professionals who rely on our services and who often  pick up their items from our facility which provides another  opportunity to provide direct customer service. You enjoy being a part  of our team where you can use your creative talents to improve  customers’ living spaces and customers’ businesses.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of Interior Design experience
• 2-5 years Customer Service experience
• Proficient in MS Office and appropriate design programs

Prior  sales or Showroom Design Consultant experience is a plus! Are you  creative, energetic, and organized? Are you attentive to detail? Do you  think outside of the box? Can you multitask in a fast-paced environment  while maintaining a polished and professional approach when working with  customers? Are you an excellent communicator? The  Showroom Design Consultant position pays a competitive hourly rate  dependent on skills and qualifications.
