Responsibilities
- Facilitate management of one or more drug development programs ensuring timely delivery within budget and in line with company goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional team leads to ensure effective execution of deliverables
- Identify, track, and resolve program risks while developing contingency plans
- Maintain integrated development plans and identify critical path activities for key milestones
- Manage relationships with external partners, vendors, and contractors
- Support development and refinement of program management processes, tools, and systems
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a related field required
- Advanced degree preferred
