Description:
The IQVIA Digital Data Management teams support and manage data operations activities across AIM, Email, Pubs, and other IQVIA Digital Products. We are currently looking to add an AD – Data Operations to the team. This is a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction and supporting client deliverables. This role will oversee a team responsible for ongoing data operations and delivery functions, ensuring high-quality data required to meet client needs. This role involves managing a team of data professionals, coordinating with various stakeholders, and implementing strategies to enhance data operations and delivery processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Leadership and Management: Lead and mentor a team of data delivery professionals, ensuring they are well-trained and motivated.
• Operations Management: Oversee multiple data operations processes, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
• Data Delivery Management: Oversee multiple data delivery processes, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and quality in data operations and delivery.
• Compliance: Ensure all data operations and delivery activities comply with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, team performance, and any issues or risks.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent significant related experience.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in data management or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, willingness to collaborate across teams to provide excellent service to internal and external clients, and a strong understanding of data operations and delivery processes and technologies.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $84,400.00 - $235,300.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
