Director Data Tools, Governance and ArchitecturePRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: This role plays a crucial role in leading and overseeing the design, integration, and maintenance of Sedgwick data and platform architecture . This leadership position is responsible for the future proof design of seamless dataflows across various platforms and aligning integration approaches with the overall enterprise architecture and minimize costs. The Tech Director will collaborate closely with the Enterprise Architecture , Security , DBA and product teams and the rest of the Sedgwick businesses to understand their data requirements and guide designing of solutions that support informed decision-making, operational efficiency, and business growth. This position is also responsible for monitoring resource utilization costs of various data tools and platforms.

Actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and cost of specific location. For the jurisdiction noted in this job posting only, the range of starting pay for this role is (110,570.00 - 154,798.00 - 199,025.00 USD Annual). A comprehensive benefits package is offered including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, 401k and matching, PTO, disability and life insurance, employee assistance, flexible spending or health savings account, and other additional voluntary benefits.
