Senior VP of Payor Sales & Strategy

InStride Health is dedicated to expanding access to specialty pediatric anxiety and OCD care through insurance-based treatment, leveraging clinical expertise and technology. They seek a strategic Senior VP of Payor Sales & Strategy to lead payor partnership development and commercialization efforts to grow patient access and company revenue.

Skills

  • Experience with payor relations, managed care strategy, and healthcare consulting.
  • Strong negotiation, strategic communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Deep understanding of payor contracting and reimbursement mechanisms.
  • Cross-functional leadership and operational expertise.
  • Outcomes-oriented and data-driven problem solving.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end commercial payor lifecycle from strategy through contract negotiation and implementation.
  • Develop scalable reimbursement models including value-based contracts and bundled payments.
  • Negotiate and manage agreements with commercial and government payors securing favorable terms.
  • Manage trusted relationships with national and regional payors.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally for onboarding, execution, and performance optimization.
  • Drive insights and thought leadership on payor innovation, reimbursement, and regulatory trends.
  • Represent the company externally at industry events and with stakeholders.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration or related field required.
  • MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
