- Experience with Agile or iterative development environments
- Ability to design consumer-level mobile and web applications
- Knowledge of iOS screen controls and mobile design best practices
- Experience in medical device or healthcare UX design
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, design, and iterate mobile and web application designs exceeding customer expectations
- Prepare design mockups and interactive UX prototypes for research and usability testing
- Engage in human-centered design research including observational studies and interviews
- Create and refine user interfaces and experiences collaborating closely with cross-functional teams
- Provide UX leadership and advocate for end-users throughout product development
- Apply human-centered techniques considering technology and platform constraints
- Facilitate design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and collaborative meetings
- Contribute to next-generation design systems and maintain established design language
- Ensure integration of usability standards into product development processes
Education
- Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of related experience or advanced degree with 5+ years
