The Sr. Facilities Support Administrator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day Facilities office operations for the Bridgewater site which includes the scheduling of vendors/contractors, creation of purchase orders, reconciliation of invoices, assigning and monitoring maintenance activities, and optimizing office resources to support business operations.

What you will do (Responsibilities):

• Maintenance Coordination:
  • Oversee the work request system and assign work orders to technicians. 
  • Create and submit work requests to the landlord, and follow-up on completion of all work requests.
• Vendor/Contractor Management
  • Schedule contractors according to preventative maintenance plans
  • Ensure contractor certificates of insurance are current
  • Point of contact for site service vendors (mail, janitorial, and food services)
  • Review and code invoices accurately
• Department Budget and Procurement
  • Create annual blanket and ad hoc purchase requisitions for Facilities Department and other departments as needed.
  • Track goods received in SAP
  • Review monthly department spending and track KPIs on dashboard
  • Submit monthly expense reports
  • Maintain inventory and procure supplies as needed
• Space Planning
  • Monitor SharePoint for moves and new hire space requests
  • Ensure workspaces are prepared for new hires and internal moves
  • Update and maintain site maps to track vacant workspaces
• EHS Compliance
  • Ensure timely payment of regulatory permits and registrations fees
  • Schedule vendors for safety shoe and eyeglass needs
  • Arrange ergonomic assessments for new hires
  • Monitor site emergency hotline and dispatch emergency response team as needed
  • Coordinate ERT training and maintain and update emergency notification system

What you will bring (Experience and Knowledge):

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• General knowledge of building systems
• Proficiency with SAP, Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint
• Ability to multi-task and deliver projects under tight timelines

This pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data and applicable bargaining agreement (if any).

Incentive Compensation:

As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Ingredion Annual Incentive Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus.
