- In-depth knowledge of US multi-state workers' compensation laws and regulations.
- Experience with TPAs and Workers' Compensation Carriers.
- Strong written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Claims management software proficiency.
- High volume claims management and prioritization.
- Proficiency in Google Suite.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end lifecycle management of workers’ compensation claims.
- Collaborate with TPAs and Workers' Compensation Carriers for investigations and settlements.
- Conduct thorough claim investigations and document relevant information.
- Communicate effectively with injured workers, internal teams, and external partners.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal workers' compensation laws and reporting.
- Facilitate return-to-work programs and light-duty assignments.
- Analyze claims data and report key metrics to management.
- Adhere to and improve workers' compensation policies and procedures.
- Identify and resolve complex claim issues proactively.
- Provide training and guidance on workers' compensation best practices.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Risk Management, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
