About the Role:
Hello Heart is hiring an Executive Assistant to CLO to join our Legal team. This role is essential to enhancing the overall efficiency and impact of our function. This is a unique opportunity to take on a central role in supporting a key executive at a pivotal time of growth. You'll help ensure that day-to-day Legal team operations run smoothly and our CLO can focus on driving the company forward.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the CLO’s daily calendar.
- Provide high-level administrative support for our Legal team, including meeting preparation, follow-ups, and documentation.
- Coordinate meetings, both virtual and in-person, with internal and external parties across multiple geographies and time zones.
- Conduct initial reviews of contracts, identifying key terms, risks, and areas requiring further legal input.
- Assist managing and tracking contracts, including approvals routing, signatures and archiving through Ironclad.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in an executive assistant role, ideally supporting a Legal team.
- Hands-on experience with project or legal management platforms, such as Asana and Ironclad.
- Meticulous attention to detail with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Comfortable working with sensitive and confidential information.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $110,000 to $125,000. Salary ranges are determined by role and level. Compensation is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the annual salary and bonus only, and do not include equity or benefits.
