Skills
- Expertise in ATE wafer/die testing and test methodologies
- Experience with TestStand and Semiconductor Test System (STS)
- Conducted RF measurement techniques including S-parameters, AM/PM, noise figure, and bit error rate
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Familiarity with packaged part test architecture
Responsibilities
- Develop and complete test programs across all design phases
- Implement and maintain test plans and procedures aligned with quality assurance standards
- Release and optimize test programs on Automated Testing Equipment (ATE) for silicon device testing
- Procure ATE hardware components including Load Boards, probe cards, and interfaces
- Analyze large datasets with tools such as JMP, SQL, and Matlab and collaborate with engineering teams
- Qualify new test hardware/software for production release
- Contribute to cost reduction initiatives including yield improvement and test time reduction
- Coordinate with global teams to transfer products to high-volume testing
- Investigate production yield issues and implement corrective actions
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related discipline
