Responsibilities
- Manage financial reporting and data aggregation tools.
- Analyze and explain portfolio performance results.
- Conduct account reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
- Analyze private equity and hedge fund statements for system input.
- Consolidate data from multiple custodians and sources.
- Provide accurate statements and timely data entry.
- Generate reports as required.
- Resolve data issues with clients and partners.
- Strengthen client relationships through onboarding and support.
- Maintain software, system setup, and configuration for clients.
- Prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines and specifications.
- Develop policies, procedures, and controls to enhance operational effectiveness.
Education
- Bachelor's degree concentrating in finance, computer science, statistics, mathematics, data science, or related field.
