Fort Polk, LA - Customer Onsite (required)
We’re looking for a motivated Onsite Service Delivery Manager to support product and service operations. You’ll help manage the lifecycle of our product portfolio, support customers directly, and collaborate with global teams to improve service delivery. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with data, and making a real impact on customer satisfaction.
Replace paper and consumables at device locations.
Clear paper jams and assist users with device functions.
Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance.
Track device usage and manage spare inventory.
Coordinate with third-party suppliers for equipment updates.
Support product service planning and execution.
Monitor service metrics and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with sales and business units to align service goals.
Contribute to projects through research and data analysis.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
0–3 years of experience in service delivery, business planning, or related areas.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of analytics, project management, and customer service.
Familiarity with tools like CRM systems and web-based monitoring platforms.
Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

The base pay range for this role is $50,000 to $70,000 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
