Care Pro Training Associate

Honor Technology is a leader in aging care innovation focused on empowering older adults through technology and compassionate care. They are looking for a Care Pro Training Associate to oversee the onboarding and training of Care Professionals, ensuring high standards of caregiving and empathy.

Skills

  • Experience teaching, training, or employee onboarding facilitation
  • Caregiving experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and virtual presentation skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • High interpersonal, judgment, and observational skills
  • Ability to communicate complex information effectively
  • Adaptability to change and process improvements

Responsibilities

  • Conduct 10 or more virtual orientations weekly to onboard Care Pro candidates
  • Assess caregiving skills and judgment through live interactions and scenario evaluations
  • Ensure candidates meet company standards of care, empathy, professionalism, and safety
  • Communicate company policies, expectations, and performance standards clearly
  • Collaborate with teams to maintain Care Pro records and statuses
  • Lead skill reassessments and training for tenured Care Pros on specialized care topics
  • Assist with pre-hire documentation such as I-9 forms
  • Complete all post-orientation administrative tasks to advance candidates in the hiring process
