Responsibilities
- Conduct 10 or more virtual orientations weekly to onboard Care Pro candidates
- Assess caregiving skills and judgment through live interactions and scenario evaluations
- Ensure candidates meet company standards of care, empathy, professionalism, and safety
- Communicate company policies, expectations, and performance standards clearly
- Collaborate with teams to maintain Care Pro records and statuses
- Lead skill reassessments and training for tenured Care Pros on specialized care topics
- Assist with pre-hire documentation such as I-9 forms
- Complete all post-orientation administrative tasks to advance candidates in the hiring process
