Responsibilities
- Lead client organizations to meet people objectives including talent acquisition, onboarding, retention, and compliance.
- Influence business and talent initiatives aligned with short- and long-term goals.
- Provide coaching and guidance on performance management and employee engagement.
- Conduct strategic workforce planning, identify talent gaps, and develop succession plans.
- Translate business needs into actionable People Plans.
- Deliver organizational development support including change management and leadership coaching.
- Serve as primary HR contact for assigned clients, maintaining HR data and compliance.
- Manage employee relations including terminations and documentation.
- Collaborate with other consultants to optimize team efficiencies.
- Mentor and develop junior consultants.
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or related field.
