Responsibilities
- Lead design and implementation of systems converting natural language into multi-step workflows using generative AI
- Architect and scale LLM agent for real-time inference, dynamic prompting, and tool orchestration
- Drive technical direction across the full stack with focus on scalability, performance, and maintainability
- Design adaptive systems integrating customer feedback, usage data, and brand preferences
- Mentor engineers and influence engineering culture and best practices
- Collaborate with design and product teams to iteratively refine features and UX in real-time
- Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance via robust testing and observability
- Own end-to-end problem solving without silos
Education
- Background in math, physics, systems engineering, computer science, or related technical field
