About the Role

We’re looking for a high-potential BizOps professional to work directly with GigaML’s leadership. You’ll be the go-to person for solving problems, closing gaps, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role with broad exposure to all areas of company building.

What You’ll Do

• Manage calendars, travel, and logistics for the leadership team.

• Handle administrative work, vendor management, and operational tasks as they arise.

• Help create and refine workflows to keep the team efficient and focused.

• Ensure clear communication between founders, teams, and external partners.

• Jump in wherever needed and see projects through to completion.

Who You Are / Must-Haves

• 0–3 years of experience in operations, administration, or a related field

• Ready for long hours and a fast-paced environment—you’re energized by challenge

• Strong organizational skills; you keep track of details and deadlines

• Clear communicator who can handle sensitive information with maturity

• Solutions-first mindset; you spot and resolve issues quickly

• Proactive and always willing to learn

• Previous internship or project experience in a startup or founder’s office
