About the Role
We’re looking for a high-potential BizOps professional to work directly with GigaML’s leadership. You’ll be the go-to person for solving problems, closing gaps, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role with broad exposure to all areas of company building.
What You’ll Do
Manage calendars, travel, and logistics for the leadership team.
Handle administrative work, vendor management, and operational tasks as they arise.
Help create and refine workflows to keep the team efficient and focused.
Ensure clear communication between founders, teams, and external partners.
Jump in wherever needed and see projects through to completion.
Who You Are / Must-Haves
0–3 years of experience in operations, administration, or a related field
Ready for long hours and a fast-paced environment—you’re energized by challenge
Strong organizational skills; you keep track of details and deadlines
Clear communicator who can handle sensitive information with maturity
Solutions-first mindset; you spot and resolve issues quickly
Proactive and always willing to learn
Nice-to-Haves
Previous internship or project experience in a startup or founder’s office
