Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers over the phone and in person
- Assist customers by providing financial products tailored to their individual needs
- Handle multiple tasks effectively while maintaining high customer service standards
- Learn all aspects of the business related to Title, Payday, and Signature Loans
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Some college or military experience preferred
