- Provide accurate reporting and analysis of People data using Workday and other internal tools.
- Liaise with the Workday team to streamline reporting processes.
- Act as ‘Data Steward’ for the People function to ensure data accuracy and security.
- Gather requirements around data and reporting from stakeholders and translate into workable solutions.
