The Compensation for this position starts at $100,000 annually.

Because our departments work so closely together, we are always looking to improve our current process. We welcome new ways to work collaboratively with roles and departments. We cannot wait to hear your ideas!

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  •  Research and evaluate the market, current and potential customers, and the competition.
  • Dive into assigned products and become an SME of current functionality and behavior.
  • Build an understanding and appreciation for the pain points that the various internal and external personas are looking to improve in their daily tasks to improve the hiring process and ongoing employee management.
  • Define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for improving our internal integrations products that enrich decision-making and provide further value for our internal customers as well as external-facing customers utilizing our next-generation platform.
  • Identify opportunities for improving existing products or enhancements based on customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.
  • Translate complex business requirements into clear product specifications and work with technical teams to ensure alignment.
  • Collaborate alongside the engineering team to prioritize and implement product features and address technical debt.
  • Tell compelling stories using data crafted from both publicly available and internal data, digestible by both techies and non-techies alike.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, analytics, marketing, and sales) to ensure product alignment and a successful go-to-market strategy for the given products.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations.
  • Create user documentation and internal enablement collateral
  • Maintain a feedback loop for continuous improvement of internal products, using metrics, user feedback, and data analysis to drive and prioritize iterative development

WHAT WE’D LIKE YOU TO HAVE

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or math.
  • For non-computer science majors, hands-on experience with software development, launch, and/or management of a data platform
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in product management or a related role with a track record of successful product delivery.
  • Understanding of product development lifecycle and experience with SDLC tools such as the Atlassian suite of tools or Azure DevOps.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze data and use it to make informed decisions, as well as experience to prioritize in cases where data may not be available.
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in data platforms such as PowerBI, Tableau, ThoughtSpot, Looker, or other equivalent solutions
  • Experience in CRM Tools such as Dynamics 365, HubSpot, and Salesforce is a plus.
  • Knowledge of computing platforms, software architecture, and database designs.
  • Experience with Scrum.

AN IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL DEMONSTRATE

  • Growth mindset – Be curious about everything related to the product–market, customers, users, value, and performance. Reflect, seek feedback, and continuously improve.
  • Results-Driven – Seek out others who can help, ask the difficult questions, identify what needs to be done, and plan accordingly to ensure timely delivery
  • Analytical Thinking – Use a logical, systematic, sequential approach to problem-solving.
  • Collaboration - Develop positive working relationships with subject matter experts, operations, business analysts, engineering, and QA.
  • Strong Communication Skills – Effectively interact with internal stakeholders, customers, and leadership about product discovery, strategy, and prioritization at their language level.

What We Do, How We Do It

Many companies handle recruitment, background screening, and regulatory management in a fragmented way, using different vendors for recruitment, screening, and regulatory requirements. This approach is inefficient, costly, and increases the risk of overlooking important details.

At Foley, we offer a seamless platform that manages recruitment, screening, and regulatory requirements under one roof. By integrating powerful technology with our deep expertise, we provide a comprehensive and superior experience for our customers.
