Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of our money movement and financial technology platforms. This critical role will be in charge of owning the technology platforms supporting our core financial transactions, including ACH payments, and ensure the integrity of our financial data and calculations.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in financial services technology and a strong understanding of payment ecosystems. In addition, the ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently and driving large projects from concept through completion. The candidate will possess senior level communication skills and the ability to garner cross functional buy in on technology related decisions. 

Responsibilities:

• Product Roadmap Development - Money Movement:

  • Define and drive the quarterly product roadmap for money movement technologies, including ACH credit and debit processing, collaborating and ensuring alignment with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Finance & Accounting, Account Servicing) 

  • Serve as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for ACH payment systems and processes, providing guidance and insights across the organization

  • Manage vendor relationships and SLAs

• Financial Data Integrity:

  • Provide product oversight for technology supporting the company's financial data integrity and calculation processes

  • Become a SME in all financial metrics and reporting capabilities

  • Support new financial reporting requirements as the business continues to grow and onboard new partnerships

• Product Development & Execution:

  • Collaborate closely with Finance & Accounting and Account Servicing teams to understand their needs, gather requirements, and ensure technology solutions effectively meet operational and strategic goals

  • Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories, obtaining stakeholder sign-off and ensuring clear communication throughout the development lifecycle.

  • Oversee the end-to-end product development process, from conception to launch, ensuring timely execution and high-quality delivery of new features.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.

• 5+ years of progressive experience in Product Management or Business Analysis within the FinTech or Financial Services industry.

• Demonstrated expertise in cash management products and the ACH payment industry, including a strong understanding of clearing systems, regulatory frameworks, and risk management pertaining to US ACH processing.

• Proven ability to manage multiple demands and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical and business concepts to diverse internal and external stakeholders.
