Sales Development Representative II

Flex is a growth-stage FinTech company based in NYC dedicated to revolutionizing the rent payment experience by offering flexible, convenient payment options. They are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to build sales pipelines and foster partnerships with Property Management Companies.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new client acquisition and increase revenue within the rental real estate market
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline using CRM software
  • Tailor prospecting approaches to different business personas
  • Establish relationships with senior executives and decision-makers through outbound efforts
  • Follow up promptly on inbound leads
  • Educate prospective customers on the value of Flex
  • Handle ad-hoc projects and initiatives for the sales organization
  • Collaborate with Accounts team members to develop strategic customer adoption plans

Education
