Customer Onboarding Specialist
Skills
- 3+ years customer-facing experience in SaaS, preferably in customer success or implementation
- Proficient with project management tools (Gainsight, Asana), CRM (Salesforce), and communication tools (Slack)
- Strong Excel skills including data manipulation and importing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail and strong time management
- Empathy and ability to build trust with customers
- Adaptability to change and continuous process improvement mindset
Responsibilities
- Work closely with customers to assess goals and business practices for onboarding alignment and account setup
- Track tasks and execute onboarding efforts coordinating with internal teams to meet milestones
- Measure and track customer onboarding outcomes and success metrics
- Serve as the voice of the customer by collaborating with Engineering, Marketing, Product, and Sales teams
- Become a trusted resource on software and productivity trends within fleet management
Education
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory
- Relevant training or certifications in customer success or project management beneficial
