Figma is seeking a Manager for its Mid-Market Sales team to drive impactful customer relationships and lead a group of Account Executives for their Enterprise product, all while fostering a successful and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities: Lead a diverse sales team, participate in customer meetings, mentor and train new hires, and develop sales processes.
Skills: 5+ years of SaaS sales experience, strong management abilities, expertise in selling to technical audiences, and a track record of developing customer relationships.
Qualifications: Experience in SaaS management, familiarity with Figma or UX/UI, and knowledge of sales methodologies like Command of the Message or MEDDIC are advantageous.
Location: Onsite from New York, NY, in-person 2 days/week.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $130,000 - $180,000.

This is a full time role that will be held from our NYC Hub (in-person 2 days/week)
