Responsibilities
- Deliver live and virtual onboarding and training that equips sales teams with essential knowledge and skills
- Maintain and optimize a sales training curriculum tailored to team needs
- Measure program compliance, participant performance, and business impact
- Engage with customer meetings to refine training programs
- Drive evolution of selling motions aligned with platform growth
- Build trusted relationships with sales teams and leadership
Education
- 6+ years experience in training, sales, teaching or related field
