  Responsible for planning and leading change management for low to medium impact Bank initiatives, ensuring the strategic vision is executed and benefits are realized as intended. Provides insight and decision support to the leadership teams through evaluation of complexity, including organizational impact. Works across the organization and with other key business partners to identify opportunities for sales, service, and operational improvements.  Works with the leaders and business partners to prioritize initiatives.

  ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  Provides change management consulting on key initiatives and is seen as an expert in their area of knowledge.

  Evaluates opportunities and executes efforts to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the organization.

  Works with leaders to identify initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of behaviors and activities to support the sales and operational processes.

  Embraces change and models the way by working cross-functionally and collaboratively to influence desired outcomes.

  Guides other team members to goal achievement and team success.

  Coordinates with LOB Communications Manager on necessary and effective communications according to the Delivery calendar and assigned projects and processes.

  Troubleshoot processes and provide feedback to management if a trend or market condition exists that would

  Escalates issues, and concerns to leaders and ensures that appropriate steps are taken to correct unsatisfactory conditions or processes

  MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  On-site Cincinnati, OH

  Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, related field or equivalent work experience.

  Must have expertise in the following areas: consultative skills, facilitation/training experience, project management, coaching and evaluating

  learning results, high energy, attention to detail and must have been a Mortgage Loan Originator in the past with a solid understanding of mortgage originations.

  Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.

  Must have strong organizational, interpersonal and presentation skills to be effective with multiple client groups at all levels within the Mortgage line of business.

  Must have strong relationship building and influencing skills.

  Must be proficient in all Microsoft and Cisco desktop applications including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and WebEx.

  Must be outcome-driven and customer-centric as well as familiar with project and change management disciplines

  Proficient in successfully managing multiple, cross-functional teams or projects.

  Demonstrates strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills, including ability to succinctly synthesize information, develop recommendations and successfully present information to leadership and employees impacted by the change.

  Results driven, highly motivated person who possesses integrity and a strong work ethic.

  Ability to travel throughout the Bancorp as needed (less than 20%).
