Business Analyst - Acumatica
SWK Technologies is on the lookout for a dedicated Business Analyst specializing in Acumatica to join our innovative team. In this role, you will act as a critical bridge between our clients’ needs and our technical capabilities, ensuring that our Acumatica ERP solutions align perfectly with business objectives.
Your responsibilities will include gathering and analyzing business requirements, facilitating workshops with stakeholders, and documenting functional specifications to support the successful implementation of Acumatica solutions. You will work closely with project teams to translate business needs into actionable strategies, identify opportunities for process improvements, and drive the successful delivery of ERP projects. - Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with Acumatica or other ERP systems.
- Strong knowledge of business processes in finance, distribution, and manufacturing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze and document requirements clearly and concisely.
- Experience facilitating workshops and gathering feedback from end-users.
- Technical aptitude to understand system capabilities and limitations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
