Sr. Accounts Payable Specialist
Skills
- Expertise in accounts payable and accounting
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and v-lookup
- Proficiency with SAP or large ERP systems
- Knowledge of interdependencies across AP, Supply Chain, Receiving, Inventory and General Ledger
Responsibilities
- Execute various accounts payable duties ensuring timely and accurate payments
- Collaborate with the Accounts Payable Team to improve processes
- Manage payment processing including 3-way match and vendor file maintenance
- Support month-end close and statement reconciliation activities
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Accounting preferred
- Equivalent experience considered
