Eyebot is an outcome-focused technology company on a mission to make vision care accessible to everyone, equally. Headquartered in Boston’s North End and backed by top investors and the National Science Foundation, our 90-second vision test kiosk is reshaping how vision care is delivered.
If you’re passionate about solving big problems and building the future of vision care, we’d love to hear from you.
We’re looking for a multidisciplinary Graphic and UI Designer who can shape how users first experience Eyebot— whether interacting with our kiosk interface, visiting our website, or scrolling through their feed. This is a hybrid role for someone who’s fluent in both visual branding and user interface design. You’ll work with both product design and marketing to define and evolve a visual language that makes our technology feel human, modern, and accessible.
Eyebot already has a strong and recognizable brand foundation. This role is about building on that—maintaining consistency while finding thoughtful ways to evolve and scale the brand as we grow. You’ll design assets across both digital and physical touch points, from Figma component libraries to social campaigns and trade-show booths.
Develop and evolve a component library and design system in Figma that aligns with Eyebot’s brand guidelines
Design and maintain UI assets—including icons, illustrations, visual components, and interface imagery—for use in web, mobile, and kiosk experiences
Design branded visual content for blogs, emails, and educational materials using Adobe Creative Suite
Support UI/UX teams with brand-aligned visuals and help bring interactive product experiences to life
Edit and composite product imagery with real-world lighting and environmental context using tools like Photoshop and KeyShot
Design digital and print assets—like trade show signage, flyers, and educational tools—that reinforce the Eyebot identity
Partner with product and marketing to ensure visual and experiential consistency across all user touchpoints
Contribute to the evolution of our visual identity and design standards as the brand and product mature
Explore and integrate emerging design tools (e.g. AI-generated imagery, prototyping software) to expand creative possibilities
4+ years of experience in graphic design, visual design, and/or user interface design
Strong portfolio that demonstrates branded visual assets, digital product/interface design, and visual storytelling
Proficiency in Figma, Animation or render software, and Adobe tools especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
Experience creating and managing scalable design systems and component libraries
Demonstrated ability to deliver polished UI assets, animations, and render-based visuals
Strong grasp of UI best practices, accessibility, visual hierarchy, and cross-platform design principles
Ability to bring product visuals to life through compositing, retouching, and real-world mockups
Interest in AI design tools like DALL·E, Firefly, or Midjourney to support concept development
You’re a strong visual thinker with a keen eye for detail and craft
You’re comfortable shifting between high-level systems thinking and pixel-level execution
You’re proactive, collaborative, and and take ownership of your work
You thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy wearing multiple hats
You’re open to feedback and iteration with a low-ego, team-first approach
You care about using design to make healthcare more approachable and equitable
Experience designing for medical, health tech, or mission-driven brands
Familiarity with environmental design, signage, or trade show assets
Comfort working with printers, vendors, and production specs
Competitive salary and meaningful equity
Flexible work schedule with unlimited PTO
A culture where every idea is welcome, no matter how out there it sounds — that’s how Eyebot got started
Full health, dental, and vision insurance
Commuter support and wellness benefits
A collaborative office environment in Boston’s North End, with regular team lunches and a great waterfront location
The chance to build products that improve lives and redefine how vision care is delivered
