You’ll be joining a lean, high-performing go-to-market team during a pivotal phase of Evertune’s growth. Our team has deep experience in ad/marketing tech, enterprise sales, and client partnerships. Your Role:
We are hiring a Sales Director to join our team and drive the growth of Evertune AI’s brand analytics platform. You’ll lead new business efforts with enterprise brands, own the full sales cycle—from prospecting through close—and be instrumental in shaping our sales playbook, refining ICPs, and surfacing real-time market insights to drive product direction. Post-sale, you’ll collaborate with our Client Services team to ensure long-term success and expansion. We are looking for highly consultative self-starters who thrive in a fast-paced environment.
This is a senior individual contributor role reporting directly to our SVP of Business Development, working closely with our team to understand customer needs, tailor presentations, and close deals. You’ll be working with a cutting-edge AI platform in a super hot, rapidly evolving space (AI search) and will be among the early team members of the Sales team at Evertune, giving you ample opportunity for growth within the company. Our sales and client facing teams are based in the Flatiron area of NYC, in-person 3 days per week.
Own Pipeline & Revenue: Close year-long SaaS contracts with brands and agencies, accelerating deal velocity while maintaining consultative depth.
Strategic Prospecting: Own outbound strategy—research and identify high-potential accounts, craft personalized outreach, and prioritize based on brand fit, category momentum, and market signals.
Lead Management & Conversion: Manage a steady flow of inbound interest (3–5 pitches/day), qualify prospects efficiently, and convert high-intent leads into long-term customers.
Enterprise Storytelling: Lead discovery and deliver compelling narratives to VPs of Growth, CMOs, and insights teams that connect Evertune to their biggest growth levers.
Cross-Functional Influence: Partner with product and leadership to feed market learnings back into positioning, roadmap, and go-to-market.
Process Leadership: Contribute to evolving sales processes, CRM discipline, and forecasting practices to support a high-performing, scaling team.
5–8 years of sales experience, including 3+ years closing enterprise or mid-market SaaS deals.
Proven track record of hitting/exceeding sales quotas (selling to large companies or enterprise-level brands), with strong negotiation skills.
Proven success selling to brand marketers, CMOs, or insights leaders—especially in spaces like AdTech, SEO, analytics, or AI platforms.
Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to navigate multiple stakeholders and tailor messaging to technical and non-technical buyers.
Comfortable and deep experience presenting product demos to prospective customers.
Strong communication and presentation skills, able to clearly convey the value of technical solutions to diverse stakeholders, from marketing executives to data science teams.
Experience shaping early-stage sales motions: You’ve either sold a new category or built a book of business from the ground up.
Ability to manage both inbound and outbound leads, prioritize sales activities, and hit aggressive targets.
High EQ – able to build relationships with clients, understand their needs, and respond with the right solutions.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment, wearing multiple hats, and taking initiative with little direction.
NYC-based or willing to commute in 3x/week + light travel (1–2x/month).

Compensation & Benefits:
Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry. Salary is just one part of our total compensation package that includes equity, perks & benefits, and development opportunities at Evertune AI. Individual pay decisions are based on several factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other Evertune AI employees. It is our expectation that the majority of candidates who are offered roles at Evertune AI will land well within our salary ranges based on these factors.
The expected annual base salary for this role is between $130,000 – $170,000. The position includes a variable incentive plan with a target commission opportunity structured at a 50/50 split (base + target commission), tied to individual and company performance. Stock options are also included as part of the total compensation package and will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience and impact.
This is an exempt position.
