Responsibilities
- Support the Knit and Sweaters Design Manager in creating women’s knit products
- Initiate designs through research and inspiration gathering
- Collaborate with design team to develop cohesive seasonal collections
- Hand sketch initial ideas and produce computer-generated sketches
- Create detailed technical packages for product development
- Communicate and coordinate with Raw Materials, Technical, and Production teams
- Work with Merchandising to integrate successful Everlane design insights
- Assist in preparing presentations for key milestone meetings
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design or closely related field
- Competitive design school background preferred
