• Design and implement didactic training and development programs, and/or identify external training curriculum programs based on staff needs
• Design and/or prepare training/instructional materials, teaching aids, and devices
• Evaluate training/instructional materials, teaching aids, and devices such as educational video/film, textbooks, and interactive LMS's
• Manage back up instructors; provide guidance and feedback as necessary
• Develop and maintain a training reference library, and ensure employees are aware of materials available for their use
• Responsible for developing a plan and monitoring all budgeting items for specific grants
• Work cohesively with our funder, WSW on the planning and implementing of Employer workshops
• Maintain accurate pre and post customer assessments
• Maintain a 95% or better customer satisfaction on surveys
• Responsible for being a virtual career coach for those attending workshops
• Guide customers to LinkedIn learning pathways
• Responsible for tracking, and gathering data on all workshops and performance needed
• Other duties as assigned
• Bachelor's Degree OR 2+ years of related work experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (strong verbal communication, good listener, articulate, culturally sensitive and excellent written communication)
• Demonstrated experience with workload management; plan and organize assignments to create timely, accurate work products
• Five years of experience, preferably in training and curriculum development and implementation
• Familiarity with human service, vocational rehabilitation, and disability issues and service competencies
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Experience with federal, state, and local regulations relating to employment and training programs including general knowledge of the workforce one-stop and partner programs and services
• Experienced with working in a fast paced team environment
Starting Salary Info: $31.25 hourly /$65,000 annually
