After Sales Customer Support Manager

This After Sales Customer Support Manager position is with Kysor-Warren Epta, part of the global Epta Group, located in Columbus, Georgia. As a key member of the After Sales team, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction by leading and improving spare parts and retrofit support operations. Your contribution:
  • Direct the process of ensuring spare part and retrofit codes are present and accurate in the ordering system to meet customer requirements.
  • Lead and supervise a team responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to internal and external clients.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction levels, ensuring timely response to requests and issues, particularly related to product codes and ordering processes.
  • Facilitate effective communication between R&D and the After Sales team to maintain up-to-date product knowledge and information flow.
  • Manage escalated customer concerns, ensuring swift resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the development and continual improvement of standard operating procedures across customer service, warehouse, inventory, and shipping functions.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience within After Sales support areas.
  • Train and mentor team members in standard work processes, while tracking team goals and supporting individual professional development through regular assessments.
Your journey:

You excel at leadership, customer service, and process optimization in fast-paced environments. Additionally, you have the following:

  • A high school diploma, GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in after sales support or a similar role.
  • Previous leadership experience, ideally in a multinational environment managing after sales activities.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
