Skills
- 3-5 years in SaaS B2B product design with a strong portfolio emphasizing mobile design.
- Expertise in user research methodologies and ability to translate insights into design solutions.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
- Strong knowledge of mobile and responsive web design, platform guidelines, and accessibility standards.
- Experience working in agile environments and collaborating cross-functionally.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design processes including research, prototyping, visual design, and execution ensuring alignment to user needs and business goals.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions and iterate solutions.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to guide project goals and deliverables.
- Contribute to and maintain Envoy’s design system for consistency and scalability across products.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to innovate workplace technology.
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
