Skills
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, testing, and monitoring in consumer lending.
- Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent writing and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Responsibilities
- Perform compliance related testing and monitoring procedures for the company’s compliance functions including business operations.
- Schedule, conduct, document, and maintain comprehensive testing documentation in consultation with Compliance Lead.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, legislation, and best practices.
- Coordinate compliance monitoring activities with Legal, Audit, IT, and business lines.
- Suggest and recommend effective testing solutions.
- Assist in developing compliance testing and monitoring strategies for near-term planning.
- Develop or enhance compliance monitoring techniques and standards.
- Support ongoing risk assessment process development and implementation.
- Complete validation work related to the issue management program.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required.
