Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and leadership to the development team for design and delivery.
- Coordinate with other teams to design and deliver end-to-end Salesforce solutions.
- Define technical approach and ensure scalable design and standards.
- Present design considerations, trade-offs, and recommendations across forums.
- Review designs to align with best practices and business objectives.
- Serve as key escalation point for technical and architectural issues.
- Guide team on Salesforce security, integration patterns, and coding standards.
Education
- Relevant technical bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
