Senior Account Executive, Hotel Partner

Engine is revolutionizing work travel by providing a modern platform that simplifies business travel management. They are seeking a Senior Account Executive with B2B sales experience to grow strategic hotel partnerships and drive brand awareness in a fast-paced environment.

Skills

  • Strong B2B sales ability with a hunter mentality and cold calling experience.
  • Business acumen and consultative selling skills focused on strategic partnership growth.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Advanced time management and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
  • Data fluency and ability to leverage sales technology tools effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities by conducting high-volume outbound calls to qualified hotel properties.
  • Build and maintain relationships with hotel partners, understanding their needs to match features and benefits of Engine’s platform.
  • Drive hotel participation in Engine’s PartnerHub and suite of hotel tools including data subscriptions and advertising.
  • Collaborate closely with Relationship Management, Product, and Account Management teams to foster growth and innovation.
  • Maintain an organized and clean sales pipeline using Salesforce and Outreach.

Education

  • Relevant college degree preferred but not explicitly required.
