- Identify and mitigate program risks, dependencies, and issues proactively.
- Coordinate stakeholders and maintain progress updates and deadlines.
- Establish and deploy program management processes and playbooks for third-party integrations.
- Facilitate cross-team communication and ensure alignment on goals.
- Drive requirements gathering and documentation.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams to operationalize integrations.
- Track and report on success metrics.
