Elevate K-12 is seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist to support our Sales team with onboarding, training, and creating sales content to enhance performance in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities: The Specialist will facilitate onboarding and training, maintain sales content, and collaborate with various teams to ensure effective messaging and sales resource utilization.
Skills: Requires 3+ years in sales enablement, strong communication skills, and experience with Salesforce and sales training tools.
Qualifications: Preferred candidates will have hands-on experience in sales content creation and training program delivery, along with collaboration across cross-functional teams.
Location: The job is based in Chicago, IL, with up to 15% travel required.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $70,000 - $100,000.

The Role:
The Sales Enablement Specialist plays a hands-on role in equipping our Sales team with the tools, training, and content they need to succeed in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You’ll support onboarding, develop enablement resources, facilitate training, and ensure our go-to-market messaging is effectively delivered and reinforced across the revenue organization. This role works cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Academics, Product, Revenue Operations, and L&D, and plays a key part in helping sellers connect Elevate’s impact to the needs of districts nationwide.
